Five Phases. Zero Guesswork.
One Delivered System.

Every project follows the same structured framework — adapted for your specific service, platform, and goals.

01
Phase One
Discovery & Diagnosis
Free — 30 minutes

Before anything is scoped, priced, or built, We need to understand your business at a deep level. This is not a sales call where we pitch packages. It is a working session where we map your current setup, identify exactly where leads are falling through, and determine what system would make the biggest difference fastest.

Current stack review What tools you're on, how they're connected, and what is broken
Revenue flow audit Where leads come in, where they drop off, and what happens after they opt in
Goal alignment What you're trying to achieve in the next 30, 60, and 90 days
Quick-win identification The highest-ROI fix that can go live in the shortest time
Outcome: A clear picture of what needs to be built and a verbal recommendation — even if we don't work together.
02
Phase Two
Strategy & Blueprint
Days 1–3 after call

Within 48–72 hours of the discovery call, you receive a detailed written proposal with the full project scope, a visual flow map of the system being built, the exact platforms and tools selected, a clear timeline with milestones, and the investment required. No vague line items, no inflated estimates. Every deliverable is named.

Visual system map A diagram of your entire funnel, automation, or integration flow before a line of code is written
Platform selection Exactly which tools will be used and why they fit your business model
Phased timeline Week-by-week milestones so you know what is being built when
Transparent investment Fixed project price or retainer rate — agreed before any work begins
Outcome: A signed proposal, confirmed timeline, and project kickoff scheduled within the same week.
03
Phase Three
Build & Integrate
Weeks 1–4 (varies by scope)

This is where the system gets built. You receive a weekly update every Friday — what was completed, what is next, and if anything needs your input. You are never left wondering where your project is. Every piece is built to the spec agreed in the blueprint, with edge cases handled as standard rather than an afterthought.

Platform configuration GHL, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi, Webflow, or WordPress set up from the ground up to spec
Automation build n8n, Zapier, and Make.com workflows, GHL sequences, API connections, and webhook handlers — all built and connected
Email sequences Written, structured, and loaded into your platform — behaviour-triggered from day one
Integration connections Every tool in your stack connected and data-synced — no manual bridges
Weekly Friday updates A written summary of progress and a preview of next week's work sent every Friday
Input checkpoints Two structured review points where your feedback is captured before build continues
Outcome: A fully built system, connected and configured — ready to enter the testing phase.
04
Phase Four
Test, Review & Refine
Week 4–5

Nothing goes live until every path through the system has been tested end-to-end. We run the full funnel or automation as a real user — submitting forms, triggering workflows, completing purchases, testing edge cases, and verifying every automation fires correctly. You also receive access to review the build and provide feedback before launch.

End-to-end testing Every user path walked through completely — happy paths and failure states
Automation stress testing Workflows fired multiple times under different conditions to catch edge-case failures
Mobile & cross-browser check All pages and forms verified across devices and major browsers
Client review session A screen-share walkthrough where you see the full build and request final changes
Outcome: A fully tested, client-approved system — signed off and ready to launch.
05
Phase Five
Launch, Handoff & Support
Week 5 onward

On launch day, the system goes live with full monitoring in place. We remain available during the first 48 hours to fix anything that surfaces in a live environment. After that, 30 days of post-launch support covers bugs, small fixes, and questions. You also receive full written documentation of everything that was built — no black boxes.

Launch day monitoring Active for the first 48 hours post-launch to catch and fix anything that surfaces live
Full documentation Written SOP covering every workflow, automation, and integration — your team can manage it
Training session Live screen-share walkthrough for you and your team so everyone knows how the system works
30-day support window Bugs and minor fixes handled within 24 hours, no additional charge
Outcome: A live system, a trained team, full documentation, and 30 days of cover — complete handoff with nothing left open.

Six Things Every Client
Experiences Working Together

Fast Kickoff

Once the proposal is signed, the project starts within the same week. No waiting for a slot to open up three weeks from now.

Weekly Friday Updates

Every Friday you receive a written update covering what was completed, what is next, and any input needed from you — no chasing required.

Two Structured Review Points

Midpoint and final reviews are built into every project. You see the work before it's finished — not after it's already live.

Nothing Ships Untested

Every automation, every page, every integration is stress-tested before you see it. Bugs are our problem — not yours to discover after launch.

Full Documentation on Handoff

You receive a written SOP covering every system, workflow, and integration — detailed enough that any competent team member can manage it.

30-Day Post-Launch Cover

Bugs, unexpected behaviour, and small fixes are handled within 24 hours for 30 days after launch. You don't get abandoned at the finish line.

What You Will Never
Deal With Here

Scope creep without a conversation

If something falls outside the agreed scope, it gets flagged before it's built — never added to the invoice without warning.

Vague "in progress" updates

Weekly updates are specific — what was built, what was tested, and what is next. Not "working on it, should be done soon."

Disappearing after handoff

30-day post-launch support is standard. You won't have a bug surface on day three and find no one picking up messages.

Systems only I can operate

Every build is documented, explained, and handed over. If you or your team need to adjust something in six months, you'll know how.

Launches without testing

Nothing goes live until it has been stress-tested end-to-end. The first real lead through your system should not be the first time it's ever been tested.

Surprises on the invoice

The price is agreed before the first line of work. Fixed-price projects don't move unless the scope changes — and that conversation happens first.

What We Need From You
to Keep Things Moving

Great projects require two engaged sides. Here is the small amount we need from you at each stage.

1

Access to your platforms within 48 hours of kickoff

Admin access to GHL, ClickFunnels, Kartra, WordPress, or whichever platform is being used. Delays here push the timeline.

2

Feedback at review points within 72 hours

Two structured reviews are built in. Responding within 72 hours keeps the build on schedule and prevents a bottleneck before launch.

3

Brand assets and any copy before build week two

Logo, brand colours, any written copy for pages or emails you want used. If you don't have these, we'll work with what exists — just let us know.

4

One point of contact on your side

One person who has the authority to approve decisions. Projects with multiple decision-makers and conflicting feedback move slowly and cost more.

Your Time Commitment
Most clients are surprised by how little active time is required from them. Here is a realistic breakdown of the hours expected per phase.

Questions About
How This Works

How quickly can we start after I sign the proposal?
Kickoff happens within the same week the proposal is signed and the initial payment is confirmed. Access to your platforms is the only other dependency — once that's shared, the build begins immediately. Most projects are in active build within 5 business days of signing.
What if my scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes happen — and that is fine. Any addition outside the agreed scope is flagged before it is built, with a clear note on the impact to timeline and cost. Nothing is added to the project or the invoice without your explicit approval first.
Do I need to know how to use GHL, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or ClickFunnels?
No. You don't need to know anything about the platforms being used. The training session at handoff covers everything your team needs to manage the system day-to-day. The documentation covers anything that comes up after. You will not be expected to figure any of this out yourself.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Bugs and platform-caused failures within 30 days of launch are fixed within 24 hours at no additional charge. After the 30-day window, support is available at an hourly rate or through a retainer package. Nothing breaks without a path to getting it fixed.
Can I see the system before it goes live?
Yes — always. The midpoint review and the pre-launch review session both happen via screen share so you can see the full build, click through the funnel or automation, and request changes before anything touches your live audience. Nothing launches without your sign-off.
How do payments work?
Standard projects are split 50% upfront to begin and 50% on the day of launch. Larger projects may use a 3-payment structure agreed in the proposal. Retainer engagements are billed monthly on the same date each month. Payment methods include bank transfer and major card providers.
